It has come to the attention of Emerald Group Publishing that the article “Critical success factors for implementing statistical process control in the software industry”, published in Benchmarking: An International Journal, Vol. 19 No. 3 (2012) contained an error.

Due to a technical error, the order of authors was published incorrectly.

The correct author order is: Rupa Mahanti and James R. Evans.

This error has been corrected in the online version and Emerald apologises to the authors and readers for this oversight.
