The Authors have presented stimulating papers from which it is possible to conclude, even if by assertion, that
(1) most people rely on their life and work experience for generating solutions to the problems they face;
(2) most people make less than optimum use of the information available to them;
(3) there is an economic loss that could be avoided, in part, by making access to more relevant information easier, both by computer systems and by better packaging;
(4) data bases are growing quickly in scale and interaction;
(5) access is getting cheaper;
