New polymeric matrix for durable concrete was created from network polymers such as sulfur vulcanised linear polybutadiene, nonisocyanate polyurethane and furan oligomers. Reinforcement of polybutadiene based rubber concrete with different kinds of fibre let us increase the bending tension durability of rubcon from 20 to 260 %. Optimal parameters of fibre rubcon reinforcement are at the rate of reinforcement μ=2% and the relative length of fibre L/d=100. Use of fibre with the relative length L/d > 100 is not effective. One of effective ways of increasing polymer concretes' durability is forming nanostructures during a curing process by using active liquid components based on esters of orto-Si and orto-Ti acids. Adding active nano size inorganic powders significantly increase chemical resistance and decrease penetrability of all the kinds of polymer concretes by forming secondary structures of high-strength hydrate complexes - inorganic glues-cements.
