Mr. Neilson was educated at Merchant TaylorsSchool, trained in engineering at the Port ofLiverpool. War service, in the Royal Engineers,France, U.K. and Surma. Spent 10 years withSir William Arrol and Company bridge building.Development engineer at the Port of Hull andfinally Docks Engineer at Immingham andGrimsby.

After training initially as a metallurgist andcorrosion engineer, Mr. Casaaack has spent manyyears with various oil companies in the MiddleEast, working mainly on roles associated withinspection and corrosion control, and latterlywn major construction projects.
