Different kinds of slurries with cement and fly ash in combination with a nonionic bitumen emulsion were prepared and tested. Properties of the fresh and hardened slurries, such as setting time, flow, compressive and flexural strength, water absorption, and abrasion resistance are presented in this paper. The results show that it is possible to produce suitable slurries in order to repair pavement surfaces or manufacture non-structural blocks.
