Mr Masefield said that it had been a most interesting day, though perhaps they were feeling a little 'punch drunk', not to say bemused, after all the processing to which they had been subjected. On this occasion their architectural friends and others had joined in with the airlines in the processing!
Most things had been said already but one thing of im portance he wished to say was how grateful they all were to the Institution of Civil Engineers for this most valuable Symposium. He had no doubt that a tremendous lot of value had already come from it. A great number of interesting things had been said about twelve of the most fascinating airport passenger terminals in the world. One of the fascinating things was that all these passenger terminals were different; not just a little different but completely and absolutely different. However good they were, they could not all be right. Obviously, however right they were, some must be 'righter' than others, and the question was which.
