The Accepted Programme is intended to sit at the heart of the NEC risk management process and to provide an agreed basis for adjusting the Completion Date. It is apparent that the process of updating and agreeing the revised programmes can itself be challenging. In this chapter we consider how to make the process more likely to succeed.
