Complex problems require a different mode of problem solving than simple problems. Magical thinking is a delusional management issue, and it is rooted in the TFW virus. Using a SEAM intervention in a rural medical center in the United States S, the authors describe how SEAM lessened magical thinking and prepared employees to manage complex problems.
