Our study is oriented to the analysis of the information systems and the exploitation of the data of a public transport company, on the totality of the global dimensional matrix of the organization, for the definition of management indicators and scorecards, which allow the generation of adequate information to know the reality of the organization and to support the decision-making processes at different levels of responsibility.
