Abstract
This anthology concludes by underscoring the collective strength and enduring legacies of Black women in leadership at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). These narratives demonstrate that leadership is most effective when driven by values of resilience, inclusivity, visionary strategy, and community partnership. The cumulative experiences illustrate how addressing systemic inequities through authentic and innovative leadership can achieve lasting institutional transformation.
