This research evaluated multiple attributes related to online health care (OHC) and formulated realistic findings. It thereby offered factual suggestions in evaluating Online Healthcare Communities with respect to their inception and operation in developing countries like India. Virtual treatment practices are not a very long-standing concept. A steady growth in participation has been seen in this space from last few years. The recent COVID-19 pandemic has brought a sudden yet expected rise and demand for such virtual methods of healthcare deliveries (Koster et al., 2021). This rapid change in care delivery practices can be due to the change in service preference or the psychological impact developed among users due to the pandemic is a matter of further research. But this study is executed to identify the associated variables, their relationships with different stakeholders over the lifecycle stages and how best these variables can be clustered to achieve the best benefits from OHC (Agrawal et al., 2021).
