Chapter 5: Data Analysis and Interpretations

Managing the collected responses with appropriate and valid statistical analytics approaches are key in having suitable outcomes of any research. This chapter explains the various techniques used in analyzing the collected data after accumulating the empirical observations. First part of this chapter presents the process undertaken to gather and fine-tune the survey data, evaluate biases and missing values and observe the normality of data distribution. In addition, this portion also explains the descriptive characteristics of survey respondents. The next part measures the assessment scales used to evaluate the empirically observed constructs. The last part deals with testing the hypotheses and observing the interpretations of adopted statistical analyses along with the effect of the analyzed factors of the research. While the SPSS version 21 application was primarily used for data processing along with required statistical tests.
