In the conditions of transition of economic systems to the model of the circular economy, it is very important to study the methodological approaches to evaluation of effectiveness, as this model envisages economic, ecological, and social effect. According to the world experts, implementation of the principles of the circular economy is to ensure positive growth of GDP by 7% (Batova, Sacek, & Tochitskaya, 2018).
Scholars and economists discuss the issues of transformation of business models of economic systems, from the stage of production and receipt of final products to the stage of full involvement into the economic turnover of all resources and production waste. This is the main principle of the circular economy.
