PROFESSOR M. BENEDICT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology): Mr Chatelet, what experimental separation factors do you have for the system?
MR CHATELET: As explained in the paper, we made experiments at room temperature. They were of two types: single-stage experiments and four stage cascades. So we obtained about 60 values

ranging from 14x10 to 16x10. The statistical

average range of difference is 12.8x10. I _ think that this agrees with others of 13.5x10 h.
DR N.L. FRANKLIN (British Nuclear Fuels Ltd): I should like to ask Dr Van der Spek whether, in view of the potentially very low power cost from Inga, he has looked at processes other than the diffusion process, and in particular the jet nozzle process.
