Green Sustainable Supply Chain Management (GSSCM) is becoming more and more popular because of growing environmental consciousness among businesses. Adopting and successfully implementing GSSCM protocols requires strong leadership. This research looks at how different types of organizational leadership affect GSSCM. Our prior research led us to the conclusion that ethical and transformative leadership styles provide the greatest opportunities for long-term success. Leaders face challenges like as resisting change, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and comprehending and controlling complex supply chains. Despite these obstacles, there are certain advantages, such as creating innovative products and services, improving connections with stakeholders, attracting top talent, and establishing a competitive advantage in the market. In light of these obstacles, our research incorporates potential avenues for improved answers about the interplay between environmentally responsible practices and well-managed organizational leadership.
