People are growing more concerned with global sustainability and expressing interest in eco-friendly hotels. Along with global warming and the necessity to protect the environment, this has led to environmental consciousness and “green patterns” in the construction business worldwide, including in India. Renewable energy use is one of these “green patterns.” The present generation is becoming more concerned about the status of the environment and global challenges, but they are also beginning to see nature more favorably. The establishment of “green hotels” is a positive development that is gaining popularity and becoming a trend in India. Given that these activities are only beginning in India, this essay will attempt to get a deeper understanding of the topic by examining what Indian consumers believe about the mind. This will be done since activities of this kind are only beginning in India.

This will be achieved by emphasizing “green hotels,” the newest trend in the hotel sector, which are defined by an emphasis on sustainability and an environmentally friendly approach. The primary goals of the present study are to investigate customer behavior and evaluate the level of guest satisfaction with an environmentally friendly hotel. The present study also investigates whether or not customers are prepared to pay a customer for environmentally green hotels. Primary data were collected through the survey method. Secondary data were collected through various publications, such as periodicals, research journals, manuals, and reports from various government agencies related to the hospitality and tourism industry.
