Please do not leave bags or personal belongings unattended at any time as they may be removed. Lunch

Delegates should make sure they are wearing their badge. Message Board

A message board will be situated near the registration desk. It will not be possible to interrupt sessions so delegates are advised to check the message board on a regular basis.

Mobile Phones

To avoid any disruption delegates are requested to switch off all mobile phones during sessions. Residential Delegates

Residential delegates are reminded that rooms should be vacated by 0930 hours on the day of departure.

Valuables

Delegates are reminded not to leave any valuables in the lecture room as it will not be locked during breaks.
