Digitalization is having far-reaching impacts on many aspects of the consulting world. This chapter considers how digitalization will influence the delivery of consulting services and how the creation of digital products and services will impact the evolution of consulting on organizational change. The authors consider how these developments will influence their own practice, which is focused on changing organizational cultures. At each stage of their seven-step consulting process, the authors identify those activities that are the most vulnerable and most susceptible to productization and contrast them with those aspects of culture change consulting that will be the most resistant to productization. The authors conclude by highlighting five key insights about the future productization of consulting services.
