I am a proud HBCU graduate. I earned all three of my degrees from two HBCUs, and I feel that I got a top-notch education from both schools. Professors such as the late Dr. Moses Norman and the late Dr. Dubois Williams not only taught us what we needed academically, but they taught us life lessons as well. As so often happens in education, the instructional landscape has changed, and the HBCU must change and rebrand as a whole for the purposes of survival.
