Chapter 16: Student Knowledge Evaluation in Internet Environments

This chapter presents an online knowledge evaluation system that allows students to take exams on the Internet, implemented and used at the Faculty of European Studies, Babes-Bolyai University, Romania. An evolution of the system is used in an XML dynamic courseware framework for student self-evaluation. The system is based on a modular design, permitting future expansion.
