Chapter 7: How we See our School: From the Voices of All the CWS Teachers

The CWS Full Staff

Hear individually and collectively from those Teachers and Staff who attended the Monday, October 2016 Staff Meeting where they all shared their beliefs, thoughts, and hopes about their work at the Children’s Workshop School. All of which was combined and shared in a presentation at the American University in Dubai.

In April 2016, I invited two faculty members from American University in Dubai, Dean Catherine Hill, and Professor Nadra Alborno, to visit the Children’s Workshop School (CWS). The visitors from Dubai were welcomed by the CWS Learning Community. They thoroughly enjoyed their visit and left very excited about what they had seen at the School—children actively engaged in learning with their teachers.
