Chapter 3: Designing the UA Pact Program: Letting the Research Guide Us

Elation about the news that the Turnaround School Leaders Program would receive grant funding was quickly followed by several strategic planning sessions. Thankfully the program coordinators had each other to rely on for guidance. There was an ebb and flow to the project in the early stages. We would come together, share ideas, and return to our individual program implementation plans ever mindful of the common vision we shared and the knowledge that we would begin and end this journey together.
