In a multigenerational and multicultural religious organization, the relationship to time is not the same as in a company and is not the same for everyone. While everyone would like to see strategic projects move forward more or less quickly, the lack of a common methodology for building and implementing these projects makes it difficult to develop or even successfully accomplish the public interest mission. This chapter presents the results of a socio-economic intervention carried out within a religious congregation that enabled the emergence of a common strategic project for the community while managing the biological rhythms of each person.
