The purpose of these questions is to help clarify how democratic faculty and administrators want the school to be.
Note: This questionnaire was developed by Professor Tom Gregory, School of Education, Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. Its intended use was to have faculty and administrators clarify the extent to which they were willing to give up their authority to allow students influence in shaping the nature of school climate. It is an unpublished paper and is used with Professor Gregory’s permission.
