This chapter examines the inquiry projects completed by 47 teacher interns and the extent to which the projects contributed to the development of reflective practice. The chapter argues that the mixed results of the project relate to a dominant technical perspective of teaching and school reform. Recommendations are included for ways to improve the success of the inquiry projects.
