In this presentation my objective is to demonstrate some key linkages between critical theory and the Socio-Economic Approach to Management (SEAM). As I have studied both of these topics I have found that there is a shared ideology as well as agreements at the core of both theories and the ways in which these theories lead to action. The objective of linking these two approaches is that the study of both might be furthered as they inform each other.
I also want to recognize that this work has been shaped and informed by many individuals. I have been very fortunate to learn about SEAM with Marc Bonnet, Vincent Cristallini, Alla Heorhiadi, and John Conbere.
