Directions:

I start by saying: It’s often interesting to note those things that one truly knows in life. Actually, it’s also interesting to note what one does not know for sure—for example, in my case, exactly how human beings detect different smells and scents and why.

Anyhow, I’ve come up with a list of things that I definitely know based on my 40-odd years of experience as a human being on planet Earth, and I would like to share some of them with you. (Note: Here, each teacher should read his or her own list of “I knows”):
