Wearable technology in human resource management (HRM) has brought about significant changes in the monitoring, support, and improvement of employees’ well-being at the workplace. This chapter examines the opportunity that e-HRM offers in enhancing wellness and performance of employees through wearable technology. With help of tracking health status, stress levels, and organization of individual health improving programs, companies can create conditions in workplace which also reflect concern for the health of an employee.
