Purpose

This chapter explores the confluence of Femtech, personalized nutrition, and Blue Ocean Strategies (BOSs) in reshaping women’s health globally. It examines how artificial intelligence (AI)-driven innovations are creating new, uncontested market spaces that transcend traditional healthcare models and address long-neglected needs in female health and wellness.

Design/Methodology/Approach

A qualitative, exploratory approach is adopted, incorporating comparative analysis of country-level data on women’s health, emerging Femtech markets, nutrition innovation, and BOS implementations. The study draws on secondary sources, policy reviews, and industry reports to build a global narrative supported by four thematic tables.

Findings

The findings reveal that AI-integrated Femtech and personalized nutrition platforms are disrupting traditional healthcare paradigms by delivering hyper-personalized, predictive, and user-centric interventions. Nations are leveraging BOSs to introduce tech-enabled, cost-effective, and culturally sensitive solutions. However, disparities persist in adoption, regulatory maturity, and ethical data governance.

Practical Implications

The study offers critical insights for managers, policymakers, and innovators on scaling inclusive Femtech ecosystems, designing ethical AI models, and leveraging BOSs to bridge gendered health gaps.

Originality/Value

This chapter is one of the first to integrate Femtech, nutrition, and Blue Ocean thinking into a unified global framework for women’s health transformation.
