The psychological dimension in the culturally relevant leadership learning model focuses on individual views of group relations, perceptions of discrimination or conflict, attitudes about difference, and institutional responses to various lived experiences. The case studies provided in this chapter are centered around the psychological dimension of culturally relevant leadership learning (CRLL). It is important to note that the case studies in this chapter do not fully capture every nuanced event that can be perceived by the psychological environment, instead these case studies can serve as a conversation starter to addressing larger issues related to understanding our shared environments.
