Abstract
Controversial issues of competition and collaboration between generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human creativity are discussed. The politics of intellectual property in an era of the rapid development of AI technologies were analyzed. The problems of copyright on works created with AI were considered. The section on education and research discusses academic and industry initiatives that promote the development of generative AI. The potential risks associated with the misuse of generative AI were also discussed. In particular, the potential for AI systems to be used to create fake content, engage in financial fraud or facilitate the creation of malware was highlighted. Furthermore, the potential for AI to steal and manipulate data was discussed, highlighting the risks to privacy and information security. The level of public trust in AI technology was analyzed. It is imperative to construct transparent systems and disseminate educational materials on the ethics of AI in order to enhance the acceptance and trust in these technologies. The policy of secure democratization of generative AI is developed. This research study has theoretical and practical significance, and its result fills in the gaps in the field of safe and ethical democratization of generative AI.
