This chapter explores the importance of developing a sustainable diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) framework in the digital workplace of the hospitality and tourism industry (HTI) in the ASEAN context. This study provides a systematic literature review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approach. Findings indicate several experiences among the employees in the digital workplace with regard to DEI and identify organizational strategies to overcome the challenges.
