This book thus far has provided an introduction to education policy for achieving the sustainable development goals, and a global, national and local policy context that describes a crisis of contemporary culture and popularism that challenges the realisation of these goals. Societies have become rife with terrorism and social chaos, Violence, Uncertainty, Chaos, and Ambiguity (VUCA). Citizens with opportunities to learn how to operationalise the democratic deliberative method in Education Governance Systems may become self-governing and advocate for self-governing professional educational senior level leaders to offer the democratic deliberative method to all through whole school approaches of ABCDE. Without these kinds of knowledge, theories, experiences and the thinking tools and tool box to access them, citizens do not know what they do not know. Without ABCDE, citizens cannot advocate for themselves or be self-governing as people of all faiths and none, and they cannot advocate for their children to access the democratic deliberative method needed to do the same.
