The first part of the book introduced A Blueprint for Character Development for Evolution (ABCDE) and Assessment for Personal and Social Learning (APSL) to Empower Young Societal Innovators for Equity and Renewal (EYSIER) as a road map for achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Equitable Education for All. I explained how the road map may be mobilised to achieve the remaining 16 SDGs aligned with citizens moving from Stage A to Stage E within a social contract they understand deeply and are committed to, with an embedded economy mapped to duties, and rights. I discussed how making choices about what kind of good life they want to live for a happy ending requires an understanding of social contracts on a deep level. I also identified that Professional Educators' and Administrators' Committees for Empowerment, with universities as hubs to facilitate public engagement, provides an infrastructure for citizens to participate in as much or as little as they want, to achieve the SDGs. I have explained a paradigm shift required to implement the road map; ABCDE, through APSL to EYSIER to achieve SDG 4, will need to be fully supported by education policy. Education policy will also need to include partnerships between universities and Compulsory and Post-Compulsory Education Systems to prepare and professionally develop Professional Educators and Administrators to implement the road map ABCDE through APSL to EYSIER.
