The previous chapters have introduced A Blueprint for Character Development for Evolution (ABCDE) and Assessment for Personal and Social Learning (APSL) to Empower Young Societal Innovators for Equity and Renewal (EYSIER) as a road map for achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4, Equitable Education for All. I also identified that Professional Educators' and Administrators' Committees for Empowerment (PEACE), with universities as hubs to facilitate public engagement, provides an infrastructure for citizens to participate as much, or as little as they want to, to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. I have explained a paradigm shift is required for the road map; ABCDE, through APSL to EYSIER. In Chapter 7 I identified that universities can provide doctoral study to Professional Educators and Administrators that builds their capacity to become Senior Seasoned Credentialed Professional Educational Leaders. These Senior Seasoned Credentialed Educational Leaders can work in partnership with universities to introduce ABCDE through APSL to EYSIER in schools and colleges. Such work will need the support of policy and the wider society. The professional challenge is that the Wider Society understands the impact of innovatory knowledge produced in Science Technology, Engineering and Maths because of the material rewards they provide. The wider society may not understand the role the university plays in producing innovative knowledge in the Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities that may return immaterial rewards such as providing philosophies, psychologies, sociologies and ethics of trust that underpin deep understandings of the social contract, an embedded economy and sustainable development.
