Or in other words; is it possible to imagine the supreme principle of morality for human beings without any evidence of human beings' experience?

The book thus far has provided the cultural and economic understandings of building trust in governance systems by exploring different social contracts and their relationships with different kinds of inclusionary social regimes. Tools have been provided that offer opportunities to explore these using A Blueprint for Character Development for Evolution (ABCDE) through Assessment for Social and Personal Learning (APSL). The book has revealed that it is important to understand the reasons why we do, what we do and how these reasons connect with a human being's faith, or no faith or philosophy. The values and behaviours of one dominant culture can be borrowed to control another culture. The book has demonstrated that not only policy cloning occurs, such culture cloning also occurs driven through education policy that is not narrowing the Black–White achievement gap, not evolving gender relationships and not eradicating poverty. Doctoral study can provide opportunities to critique the education systems and their epistemologies (knowledge of what is). Professional Educators and Administrators can use their doctoral research to become Senior Seasoned Credentialled Educational Leaders who are able to mentor Professional Educators and Administrators to optimise learning through Postgraduate Masters (Level 7 EQF) accredited courses in partnership with universities. The Professional Educators and Administrators can train early career staff and provide Initial Teacher Education for Pre-service teachers in partnership with universities. A suggested infrastructure of Professional Educators' and Administrators' Committees for Empowerment (PEACE) provides infrastructure and networks to build knowledge and information exchange. Using ABCDE through APSL, these Knowledge and Information Exchange forums focus on building capacity for optimising students' learning and well-being.
