The COVID-19 pandemic has caused pandemonium in the world economy due to which people’s attention has driven for the best in their lives.1 Though, partnerships and teamwork are essential components of organizational effectiveness, conflict may arise in such partnerships due to inter-dependence. This sometimes makes conflict unavoidable and needs a conscious resolution. Negotiation is the most widely and effectively used approach for conflict resolution. It is generally defined as a discussion aimed at reaching an agreement. This provides a way of settlement between two or more conflicting parties. Furthermore, negotiation also provides a platform to find a mutually acceptable solution in a congenial way.
