The organization’s potential resource for gaining a competitive edge and improving performance is its human capital. Selecting qualified applicants is not enough to ensure the incorporations’ long-term success but their retention is correspondingly important. The relationship between employer and employee plays an important role in employee retention and organizational effectiveness.1,2,3 Problem-solving techniques of conflict management aim to prevent conflict and strengthen the relationships. Role analysis technique (RAT) and role negotiation technique (RNT) are essential techniques for conflict resolution. They are the methodical approach to clarifying responsibilities and expectations, which can lead to enhanced efficiency, production, and general satisfaction among individuals and teams.
