As an independent consultant and Visiting Assistant Professor of Communication at Temple University's Klein College of Media and Communication, she explores how diverse perspectives can reshape traditional leadership approaches. With a strong background in organizational and change management, Trisha aims to inspire individuals and organizations to adopt new ways of thinking and leading, while challenging outdated ideals of leadership. She has presented her research at prominent conferences, including the National Communication Association, International Leadership Association, and the American Educational Research Association, focusing on youth engagement and community development.
