Demographical information describes the personal and professional information of the current sample. It includes gender, age, education, continent, and country affiliation. In the context of professional information, it includes the company's main sector, company's size (company's yearly turnover in millions €), company size (employees' number), function (from a management level point of view), years of experience within the company, years of experience in total, number of managed nationalities, number of continents in which you worked, number of countries in which you worked, and experience in managing virtual teams. The Descriptive Analysis of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) provides each demographic's stepwise frequency and percentages.
