This study investigates how cultural intelligence (CQ) and knowledge dynamics (KD) impact multicultural managers' decisions. We have adopted a thematic content investigation for the analysis of 15 interviews. After familiarization with the interview results, the data were imported into NVivo 1.7.1. Then, we proceeded with the coding, which involved assigning summative labels to the participants' responses. Next, we did the code review, ensuring that the appropriate summative labels were assigned to the participants' responses. The codes were themed deductively under the various constructs for the study. For KD, the constructs are rational knowledge, emotional knowledge, and spiritual knowledge. For CQ, the constructs are rational CQ, emotional CQ, and spiritual CQ. For multicultural leadership (ML), the constructs are conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, and multicultural skills (values). To be mentioned that organizational context (OC) construct was not part of this analyze but a result of the workings, and it will be integrated into the quantitative analyze. Codes that did not fall under these constructs were themed inductively. Lastly, the themes were reviewed and reported. The cross-case and network analyses were also performed.
