This activity uses the process of creating and producing a theatrical work to better understand how leaders need to evolve complex processes and sometimes adapt to the wildly creative personalities involved. By participating in theater, we are able to weave multiple theories of leadership into the creation of a play.

Learning Goals: Participants will have opportunities to:

Materials: computer, props, set pieces, costumes, a room of sufficient size to accommodate the play and an audience

Process:

It is helpful for the facilitator to have a familiarity with the participants, whether any of them have participated in a play or theatrical production previously. This activity works best when creation from start to finish happens over a predetermined number of meetings.
