The 7-Day Leadership Challenge is an example of an online cocurricular program that can help participants reflect on the intersection of academics, work experiences, and campus involvement. Hosted via social media, participants can post their responses to each day’s question to earn points. Other participants will benefit just by reading the reflections of their peers.
