This activity includes a written journal that will guide participants through reflection as a means to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their identities. Through this exercise, participants will understand how their multiple identities impact the way in which they perceive experiences and the world around them.

Over the course of several months (perhaps an academic term), participants will write six reflections that will be submitted biweekly to a facilitator for review and feedback.
