About the Authors

Michel Zarka and Founder of Theano Advisors, a global management consulting firm. Michel specializes in large-scale organizational transformation, including the complex transformation of sociotechnical systems. He has worked with international corporations in the U.S., U.K., France, Italy, and Germany. He holds a PhD degree in Mathematics with specialization in Game Theory and has written several books, including a book entitled Repenser l’entreprise - Saisir ce qui commence, vingt regards sur une idée neuve, published in 2007.
