One requirement of the research proposal approved for this project was that the researcher host a 3-hour workshop for institutions which were invited to participate in the study – not just those which participated. The aim of this workshop was to help institutions develop academic integrity knowledge, and the content of the workshop was determined by the findings from the Academic Integrity Rating Scheme. Given that there was an obvious lack of academic integrity programmes and structures within the institutions, the researcher decided to do two 3-hour workshops instead of one. These workshops were built on the Kirkpatrick Model (Ketkin, 2023), which is a framework to identify the impact of an initiative on an organization. The model has four levels: reaction, learning, behaviour and results. This chapter presents an analysis of the evaluation data collected from two workshops held to assist institutions across the Caribbean develop basic knowledge in academic integrity.
