This chapter sets out how the contract should be constructed and by whom, including the Contract Data, Core Clauses, Option Clauses, Scope and Site Information. It explains the different Option clauses that may be selected for incorporation into the contract, including main Options, secondary Options and Options for resolving and avoiding disputes. It also explains how the Client should consider the allocation of financial risk between the Parties when selecting the main Option. Finally, this chapter considers contract execution and the options for how the Parties may execute the contract.
