This chapter explains the use of capital letters and italics in the contract, how the Parties, the Project Manager and the Supervisor should communicate, the requirements for instructions and what constitutes a valid compensation event notice. It also identifies the Project Manager's and Supervisor's roles and responsibilities and the importance of the early warning process in relation to risk management.
