Abstract
This chapter focuses on the three key aspects of relationships, accomplishments, and innovation. Relationships are important for connection and collaboration. Accomplishments focus on progress and satisfaction instead of only outcomes. Innovation is about being visionary and taking risks. Each of these aspects are critical for thriving and leadership learning. Reflective questions and activities are provided at the end of the chapter to guide additional opportunities for applying content.
