Dr Natalia Ermasova has PhDs in Public Affairs (Indiana University, USA) and Economics (Russia), and is an Assistant Professor at Governors State University, IL. Her primary research interests are public finance, risk-management, innovation management and the state capital budgeting. Before starting her work in the USA, she worked as a Professor of Finance in the Volga Region Academy for Civil Services in Russia for 12 years and as a Professor at the Saratov State University for 2 years. She was a Visiting Professor in Germany (Ludwigsburg Academy for Civil Services) and a Fulbright Visiting Professor (SPEA, Indiana University). She has published more than 11 books and 40 articles in Russia; her articles have been published in the State and Local Government Review, Public Administration Research, SAM Advanced Management Journal, Post-Communist Economies, Public Organization Review and Problems of Economic Transition.

Dr Olumide Ijose is an Associate Professor of Management at the Governors State University. His research interest lies in the intersection of institutional quality and global value chain, public–private partnership, knowledge transfer and innovation.

Dr Sergey Ermasov is a PhD in Economics (Russia) and a Professor of Finance Department at the Saratov State University, Russia. His primary research interests are innovation management, risk-management, project management and insurance. Dr Ermasov is the author of several books on insurance, innovation management and financial management. He has published more than 12 books and 50 articles in Russia.
